Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy with a dedicated national Rating team and offices across the UK.

n

Our client is looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor – Associate or Senior level – to be based in the Newcastle / Northeast region.

Knowledge & Experience: n

n
- Rating background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
n
- Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
n
- Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
n
- Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge
n

Person Specification/Requirements: n

n
- MRICS / FRICS / IRRV qualified
n
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
n
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
n




- Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
n
- Organised, focused and high attention to detail
n
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
n
- Ability to work in rapid paced dynamic environment
n
- Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
n
- Valid UK driving licence.
n

Salary and Benefits: n

- Market-competitive salary: £45,000 to £60,000+ per annum (or more D.O.E.)
