Are you a Linux Systems Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, automating processes and keeping critical infrastructure running smoothly?

We’re looking for a Linux specialist to support and enhance enterprise systems in a hybrid role based in Sydney.

The role n

n
- Manage, maintain and optimise Linux servers across production and non-production environments.
n
- Troubleshoot issues across operating systems, networking, storage and application infrastructure.
n
- Deliver patching, upgrades, security hardening and system monitoring.
n
- Automate routine tasks using Ansible and Bash or Python.
n
- Support incident resolution, root cause analysis and ongoing improvements to system reliability.
n
- Work closely with infrastructure, security and application teams.
n




- Maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures.
n

What you’ll bring nn
- Robust experience administering enterprise Linux environments, ideally RHEL, Ubuntu or similar distributions.
n
- Confident troubleshooting skills across Linux, networking and storage.
n
- Experience with scripting and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
n
- An understanding of system security, performance tuning, backup and recovery.
n
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
