We are partnering with a Leading wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Client Service Officer to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Private Wealth Advisers, supporting a sophisticated client base and playing an integral role in delivering exceptional client service.

The Opportunity n

As a Client Service Officer, you will work closely with Private Wealth Advisers and the broader team to ensure clients receive a seamless and highly personalised service.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing high-quality administrative and client service support to Private Wealth Advisers.
n
- Managing client onboarding, account establishment and ongoing maintenance.
n
- Preparing and processing investment documentation, applications and transactions.
n
- Liaising with clients, investment platforms, fund managers and external providers.
n
- Assisting with the preparation and implementation of financial advice documentation.
n
- Coordinating client meetings, preparing relevant paperwork and managing follow-up actions.
n
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
n
- Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to an exceptional client experience.
n





About You n

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a professional, collaborative environment.

Ideally, you will bring:

n

- Previous experience in a Client Service Officer, Client Services Associate or Wealth Administration role.
n
- Experience within private wealth, financial planning or investment management.
n
- An understanding of investment platforms, financial products and client onboarding processes.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
