Job Description
Signify is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small production team in Moorebank, Sydney. You’ll oversee job setup, engraving, assembly, and calibration of laser equipment to ensure Quality and Productivity targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, a Cert IV or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, leadership experience, and solid MS Office skills. A hands-on approach in a LEAN environment is essential.
