Job Description

Mind Australia is seeking a passionate HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team in a fixed-term, full time capacity at the Burnley location, with work-from-home flexibility. You will support managers with recruitment, HR processes and projects, delivering high-level advice and HR systems support.

You will work alongside HR Advisors and HR Partners to enable efficient recruitment and HR activity execution while contributing to a safe, agile and effective workplace culture.
