Job Description

Barwon Health in Geelong is seeking an Administration Officer to deliver consumer-focused administrative support across Surgical Specialist clinics. You will welcome patients, carers, staff and visitors, respond to enquiries professionally, and ensure equity of access to services.

You will manage bookings, referrals, registrations and maintain patient information using iPM, while coordinating with GPs, specialists, interpreters, transport and other providers to support effective service
