Mini Wonderland Early Learning Centre – Waitara NSW n

Mini Wonderland Early Learning Centre is an independent long day care centre in Waitara NSW. We have 38 places across three rooms: Nursery, Toddler and Preschool. We are a small, friendly team with management on site and easy to reach. Our centre is part of the Government's Worker Retention Payment program, which means our staff receive 15% above Award rates.

About the role n

We're looking for a warm, organised Diploma-qualified educator with Room Leader experience to lead our Toddler Room. The room has no more than 10 toddlers, and you'll work alongside a supportive co-educator. You'll also work closely with our Centre Director and 2IC.

- Leading and delivering a high-quality educational program

- Supporting children's development across all domains
n
- Mentoring and guiding educators within the room
n
- Contributing to curriculum planning and centre-wide practice
n




- Ensuring compliance with the NQS and National Regulations
n
- Building strong relationships with families and the team
n

About you nn
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Minimum 1 year of experience as room leader in early childhood education
n
- Robust working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
- Leadership capability and confidence guiding a team
n
- Current First Aid and CPR
n
- Valid WWCC and Child Protection training
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
