Job Description

Salt seeks an experienced Employee Relations professional to act as the frontline advisor across Australia and New Zealand. You will guide managers through performance conversations, support investigations, and help design a compliant Performance Management framework aligned to ANZ employment law.

You will partner with HRBPs to advise on local legislation, crisis resolution, and disciplinary processes, while navigating AI tools to improve ER outcomes in a high‑impact workplace.
