Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will take full ownership of hands-on quality verification, uphold plant compliance, and safeguard world-class food safety standards across every operational shift. You will…

- Monitor Quality Controller and operational staff verification activities, including daily CCP audits, highlighting issues in real time.
n
n
- Oversee general plant GMP and conduct pre-operational checks post-cleaning to verify effectiveness.
n
n
- Investigate non-conforming products, foreign objects, and raw material defects through root cause analysis and risk assessment.
n
n
- Deliver toolbox training, coaching, and mentoring to production and packing staff across departments.
n
n
- Raise corrective action reports for major process deviations and follow up to ensure resolution.
n
n
- Conduct handover discussions with incoming QC/QA staff and submit daily reports to management.
n
n
- Perform internal audits, calibration, and sanitation verification activities across 24/7 rotating shifts.
n
n

You have/are…

n
n

n
n
- Minimum 1 year of practical food industry experience in QA/QC roles.
n
n
- Sound knowledge and practical application of HACCP, GMP, and GFSI standards (e.g., BRC).
n
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Sheets, and AI tools.
n
n




- Robust communication, root cause analysis, proactivity, and risk assessment skills across all levels.
n
n
- Full availability and flexibility to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts across Monday to Sunday.
n
n
- Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field (desirable).
n
