In this customer-facing role, you will:

- Build robust, trusted relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals
n
- Deliver quality, insight-led conversations that influence patient management
n
- Take ownership of your territory plan and focus where you can create the most impact
n
- Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
n

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships based on trust and insight
n
- Plan and prioritise your territory to maximise impact across key accounts
n
- Deliver high-quality clinical conversations tailored to customer needs
n
- Stay up to date on clinical developments and competitor activity
n
- Manage a regional territory, including structured travel and planned overnight stays
n

Territoryn

Core focus area (Bundaberg + Hervey Bay) = priority accounts

n

Secondary areas (Rockhampton/Gladstone)



= lower frequency / strategic coverage

n

This role ideally based in Bundaberg or Hervey Bay, covering surrounding areas including Rockhampton and Gladstone but open to base in other Fraser Coast locations.

n

Travel is planned and structured to support effective territory management.

Experience

- Sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or similar customer-facing roles
n
- Tertiary qualifications (Science, Business or related preferred)
n
- Demonstrated professional achievement
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n

Pharmaceutical experience is not essential.
