Are you someone who knows how to talk to tradies, understands industrial products and enjoys building strong customer relationships?n
n We are looking for a motivated Trade Sales / Account Manager to manage existing customers, develop new business and grow sales across an established territory.n
n Based in Launceston, this is a hands-on sales role where you’ll spend your time working with customers, understanding what they need, providing the right product solutions and developing long-term relationships.n
n The Role Your responsibilities will include:n
n

- Managing and developing an existing customer base
n
- Building relationships with trade and industrial customers
n
- Identifying and chasing new business opportunities
n
- Getting out on the road and actively managing your territory
n
- Providing product advice and solutions to customers
n
- Preparing quotes and following up sales opportunities
n
- Demonstrating products to existing and potential customers
n
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and increase sales
n
- Working closely with suppliers and the internal branch team
n

About You We’re looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with trade customers and can combine good product knowledge with a genuine ability to sell.n
n Ideally, you will have:n
n

n
- Previous trade sales,



industrial sales or account management experience
n
- A practical understanding of tools, equipment or industrial products
n
- Welding or fabrication knowledge and experience would be highly advantageous
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence approaching new customers and generating business
n
- The ability to understand a customer's needs and recommend suitable products
n
- Good negotiation and sales skills
n
- Solid organisation and time management
n
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
n
