The Chance n

Support digital modelling and coordinated project information for a major station and integrated building development in Parramatta. You will bring designers, engineers, consultants and construction teams together around accurate multidisciplinary models.

Your Responsibilities n

n
- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP and specialist models and maintain federated information.
n
- Review models, run clash checks and help resolve design and constructability issues.
n
- Support BIM execution plans, model standards, information requirements and deliverable exchanges.
n
- Maintain common data environments and perform model audits and information validation.
n
- Connect BIM workflows with planning, procurement, fabrication and installation.
n




- Provide technical support and identify digital workflow or automation improvements.
n

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements n

n
- Ideally a degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Services or Digital Engineering.
n
- BIM, digital engineering or design coordination experience in construction or engineering, including multidisciplinary models.
n
- Understanding of BIM methods, information management, clash detection, model reviews and design-construction interfaces.
n
- Experience with BIM execution plans, common data environments and collaboration platforms.
n
- Effective coordination and communication with design and delivery teams.
n
- Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD or similar software experience is highly regarded.
