Job Description

Marsh is seeking a talented leader for the People & Investments team in Melbourne or Sydney. This business-facing role partners with senior leaders to govern enterprise obligations and drive cross-functional delivery, with a hybrid setup requiring three days a week in the office.

You will coordinate governance across up-to-date slavery, health and safety, WGEA, RAP and climate reporting, shaping practical workflows and ensuring accountability.
