Job Description

Empower Community Health Care Services is urgently recruiting five Mental Health & Disability Support Workers to assist NDIS participants in the Teralba and Maitland areas. You will provide person-centred supports in homes and the community, focusing on mental health and disability needs.

Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience, a valid drivers licence, and NDIS checks. The role is casual with flexible hours and requires reliable transport and robust documentation skills.
