Job Description

Westar Trucks Campbellfield, part of Patterson Cheney Cars and Trucks, is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Workshop Controller to oversee daily workshop operations and lead four Foremen in a 30+ technician team. This senior role focuses on productivity, profitability, safety and customer outcomes.

You will report to the Service Manager, drive performance, develop teams, and shape workshop culture with ongoing training and growth opportunities opportunities.
