Role Overview n

Site Manager prospect with a major Sydney developer-builder delivering large-scale, high-density residential projects.

n

The Site Manager will take responsibility for day-to-day site delivery, working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to drive programme, subcontractor performance, quality and safety.

n

The business is continuing to grow its internal construction capability and has a strong pipeline of major residential developments across Sydney, providing genuine continuity beyond the current project.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Day-to-day management of site operations
n
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
n
- Drive construction programme and key milestones
n
- Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays
n
- Coordinate sequencing of trades and site activities
n
- Maintain high standards of quality and finishes
n
- Manage QA, defects and inspections
n
- Ensure WHS requirements and site standards are maintained
n
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Foremen,



Engineers, CAs and consultants
n
- Assist with short-term programming and look-ahead programmes
n
- Manage site logistics and access
n
- Attend and contribute to site/project meetings
n
- Drive the project through construction, completion and handover
n

Ideal Background nn
- Proven Site Manager experience within the Sydney construction market
n
- Strong high-density residential / Class 2 apartment experience
n
- Head Contractor or Developer-Builder background essential
n
- Experience delivering large and complex residential projects
n
- Strong understanding of structures, façade, services, finishes and completion
n
- Strong subcontractor management capability
n
- Confident managing programme, quality and safety
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- Able to work effectively within a larger project team
n
