We are currently seeking experienced Production Operators / MIG Welders to join our client's manufacturing team. We have two positions available , with one opportunity on day shift and one on afternoon shift.

n

Available Positions n

Production Operator / MIG Welder - AM Shift

n

n
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
n
- Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm
n

n

Production Operator / MIG Welder - PM Shift

n

n
- Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm - 10:00pm
n
- Friday: 11:00pm - 5:00pm
n
- Afternoon shift loadings apply
n

About the Role n

As a Production Operator / MIG Welder, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and production process while completing MIG welding duties to a high standard.

n

The role will involve:

n

n
- MIG welding components and products
n
- Operating production machinery and equipment
n
- Following production processes and safety procedures
n
- Working from instructions and specifications
n




- Maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship
n
- Assisting with general production duties as required
n
- Working effectively as part of a team
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

- Previous MIG welding experience
n
- Experience working within a production or manufacturing setting
n
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- Good attention to detail
n
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- The ability to follow instructions and production requirements
n

n

Formal welding qualifications are not essential. Welding competency can be assessed and, where appropriate, signed off on-site.
