Job Description

House of Halsa is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our Mermaid Beach venue on the Gold Coast. You will own the day-to-day operations, drive exceptional customer experiences, and manage labour, stock and systems with a hands-on leadership style.

The role focuses on building a high-performing team, overseeing shifts, maintaining standards, and partnering with ownership and senior management on performance and growth. Availability across weekends is preferred.
