Job Description

UCC Coffee seeks a Payroll Team Lead to oversee Australian and Recent Zealand payroll operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure accurate and compliant delivery, and lead a direct report while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Role requires strong knowledge of AU/NZ payroll legislation and hands-on experience with iChris/Chris21, with a proactive approach to improving processes and ensuring payroll integrity.
