Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Venue Manager for the Bribie Island Aquatic Leisure Centre. You will lead and develop a passionate team, manage operations, financial performance and program delivery, and drive exceptional customer service aligned to community wellbeing goals.

You will recruit, coach, and engage staff, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety legislation, while building robust partnerships with the council and stakeholders.
