nFirst Choice Care is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to step into Clinical Facilitation and support nursing students during their clinical placements across the Sunshine Coast. n

nWhy make the move into clinical education? As a Clinical Facilitator, you’ll be more than a supervisor. You’ll be a mentor, role model and educator, helping students turn what they’ve learned in the classroom into confident, safe clinical practice.n

nAbout you n
n

n
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
n
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
n
- Available to work casually and commit to block placements of up to 4 weeks
n




- Strong communication skills, and confidence guiding and assessing students
n
- Strong written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations
n
- Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable)
n
