Job Description

Strata might not sound like exciting marketing. That's exactly why this role is interesting.

n

At SSKB, the marketing team doesn't just work through a calendar. We put forward new ideas, and we actually get to make them happen.

n

We're looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator who sees an opportunity, says "What if we tried this?" and then takes it from concept to delivery.

What you'll do n

n
- Run client education events, seminars, webinars and corporate functions from start to finish
n
- Create and schedule organic social content across SSKB's channels
n
- Write, design and send client and staff EDMs in Mailchimp
n
- Write articles and website copy, and keep our WordPress sites up to date
n
- Produce collateral, photography, headshots and video content
n
- Coordinate suppliers and help launch recent campaigns
n

What you'll bring nn
- Experience with organic social media, EDMs and event coordination
n
- Sharp copywriting, and an eye that catches a typo before an EDM goes out
n

- Strong organisation when deadlines compete
n
- The initiative to pitch ideas rather than wait for the next task
n
- A current driver's licence, a reliable vehicle, and flexibility for some early starts and evening events
n

What we offer nn
- Flexible working arrangements, discussed at offer and built around the events calendar
n
- Birthday leave: an extra day off to celebrate
n
- Mileage reimbursed for approved work travel
n
- Real ownership: your ideas get heard, and you get to deliver them
n
- Variety, with no two weeks quite the same
n

We can teach you strata. We're more interested in finding a great marketer.
