Job Description

Chiosco by Ormeggio in Mosman, Sydney, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, leading the FOH team and ensuring polished hospitality on every service.

We welcome someone passionate about guest experiences, with Italian dining knowledge, RSA NSW certification, and solid cost-control acumen. This is a full-time role with progression within Maestro Hospitality.
