Public Sector People are working with a Not-for-Profit organisation who areseeking an experienced Head of Fundraising to play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s next phase of fundraising growth.

This is an opportunity to step into an established fundraising function with a strong foundation and significant potential to grow, you will help translate this strategy into action and provide leadership across the team.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, developing and supporting a team of fundraising professionals
n
- Shaping and implementing the organisation’s fundraising strategy
n
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and diversify fundraising income
n
- Bringing a contemporary and strategic approach to fundraising
n
- Developing current donor markets, networks and philanthropic opportunities
n
- Building on existing relationships and strengthening the donor pipeline
n

You will be an experienced fundraising leader with a strong track record of delivering tangible fundraising outcomes.
n We are particularly interested in people who bring deep fundraising expertise , rather than a background primarily in marketing, business development or relationship management.

You will also bring:

- Proven experience leading a fundraising team or function
n
- Strong strategic fundraising capability
n
- A track record of growth and successful fundraising outcomes
n
- Experience developing major donor, philanthropic or corporate relationships
n
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
