Job Description

Amida Recruit AU is seeking a Senior/Contracts Administrator to lead contract administration on medium and high-rise residential projects. This role targets candidates with head contractor exposure and local market knowledge across Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast.

The successful candidate will manage full contract lifecycles, review head contracts, issue tenders, negotiate with subcontractors, and monitor costs and claims. A tertiary qualification and 5+ years’ experience are required.
