We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie , particularly those available during our busy period 2-10 January 2027 .
The Role n
n
- Experienced in high-volume catering, events or large venues
n
- Confident working in a quick-paced kitchen environment
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Reliable, well presented and committed to high standards of hygiene and food safety
n
- Available for casual shifts, including weekends
n
- Current Food Safety / Food Handling certification
n
- Eligible to work in Australia
n
n
A current National Police Check and/or WWCC will be highly regarded , as these are required for some of our client venues.
