Job Description

Modus is a craft brewery in Newcastle, looking for a Bar Supervisor to lead the team on shifts, pour drinks and manage the bar operations. The role is hands-on, with 15–25 hours per week, offering leadership experience and versatile casual hours in a vibrant venue.

You'll supervise, train staff, manage taps and cellar, and ensure RSA compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience. A NSW RSA and passion for beer are essential.
