Job Description

Our client is a leading commercial laundry company looking for reliable, physically capable Factory Labourers to join their team in Footscray.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited to candidates with experience in a food factory, food production, manufacturing, warehousing, laundry or labouring environment.

Duties include: n

n
- Sorting and handling linen
n
- Pushing and moving heavy linen trolleys
n
- Lifting, carrying and moving materials
n
- Feeding linen through industrial ironing machines
n
- Repetitive manual work and standing throughout the shift
n
- Meeting daily production targets
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n

To be successful: nn
- Previous food factory or production experience highly regarded
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work
n
- Comfortable lifting and pushing heavy trolleys
n
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
n
- Able to stand for long periods
n
- Own car/licence or live within approx. 30 minutes of Footscray by public transport
n

- Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
