A well-established residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take ownership of a large high-density residential project.

n

These are fast-paced sites with up to 80+ homes, so you'll need to be organised, energetic and comfortable managing multiple work fronts and a large site team.

The Role: n

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery, working with a strong team around you to keep the project moving.

You’ll have the support of: n

- Site Supervisors

- Leading Hands

- Trainees
n

You’ll be responsible for: nn




- Managing site operations and programme
n
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
n
- Driving productivity, quality and safety
n
- Managing multiple work fronts across a large residential site
n
- Working closely with the wider project and commercial teams
n

What You’ll Bring: nn
- Proven Site Management experience within residential construction
n
- Experience managing high-volume or high-density residential projects
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Organised, energetic and delivery-focused
n
- Ability to manage large teams and multiple work fronts
n
- Trade background preferred
n
