Job Description

Leora Healthcare is seeking a calm, reliable Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a client living in Edmondson Park. This casual temporary role suits someone with experience assisting people with physical disabilities and complex mobility needs.

You will help with daily living, mobility and transfers, personal care, meal preparation and documentation, following the client’s support plan.
