About the Role n

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.

- Process supplier invoices, purchase orders and payments
n
- Review accounts payable and ensure invoices are accurately coded and approved
n
- Issue monthly customer statements
n
- Allocate and reconcile customer payments
n
- Follow up outstanding accounts and assist with debt collection
n
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing
n
- Respond to supplier and customer account enquiries
n




- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required
n
- Reception backup
n

About You n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in an accounts payable / accounts receivable role preferable
n
- Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
- Good numerical and analytical skills
n
- Good communication, telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Entry level Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Experience with accounting software such as MYOB preferable
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
n
- Reliable, professional, punctual and maintain a positive attitude.
