Job Description

Kids First Australia is hiring a Youth Work Case Manager to deliver adaptable, client-centred support for young people in community settings in Perth, WA. You will work across the Mobile Youth Service and Drop-in spaces, building trusted relationships with youths, families and partners to coordinate care and drive positive outcomes.

The role requires empathy, adaptability and a commitment to inclusive, youth-friendly services, with fixed-term full-time hours and a SCHADS Level 4 equivalent
