About the Role n
This hands-on position involves setting up and operating industrial multi-head embroidery machines while ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality embroidered garments within a rapid-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities n

- Set up, thread and operate industrial embroidery machines
n
- Load and position garments using hoops and frames
n
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
n
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure embroidery meets specifications
n
- Troubleshoot thread breaks, needle issues and minor machine faults
n
- Adjust thread tension and machine settings as required
n
- Read and interpret job sheets and embroidery designs
n
- Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance
n
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment
n
What We're Looking For Essential Requirements nn
- Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Reliable and punctual work ethic

- Experience operating Barudan embroidery machines
n
- Previous experience within the garment, textile or apparel industry

- Own reliable transport

- Flexibility to work casual, part-time or full-time weekday hours
