Job Description

Visy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead sections of the daily paper mill operations, ensuring production targets are met with top quality and safety.

n

You will coach and empower shift teams, drive continuous improvement, manage large rotating equipment, and coordinate shutdowns and maintenance.

n

This role requires 5–15 years in paper manufacturing, a mechanical or chemical engineering background, and eligibility for an Australian work visa with sponsorship.
