We are seeking a Guest Services Sales Assistant to join our team in a customer-facing role across Admissions and Retail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.

Availability Requirements

Applicants must be available to work 1 x Weekend Day each week, as part of their roster.

n

Preferred roster patterns include:

- Tuesday – Saturday, or
n
- Sunday – Thursday
n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver exceptional customer service
n
- Process ticket sales and retail transactions
n
- Assist with guest enquiries in person, via phone and email
n
- Support retail presentation and stock management
n
- Assist with general guest services operations
n
