Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their team and take ownership of a diverse range of projects from concept through to construction documentation.

The Role
n
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering structural engineering projects across the full design lifecycle, working closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing structural engineering projects from concept and detailed design through to construction documentation
n
- Undertaking structural analysis and design across commercial and industrial projects
n
- Designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures
n
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, engineers, designers and project teams
n
- Preparing, reviewing and coordinating structural calculations, drawings and documentation
n
- Liaising with clients, architects, contractors and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Reviewing designs and documentation for technical accuracy, constructability and compliance
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards
n
- Managing multiple projects and competing priorities with minimal supervision
n
- Providing technical guidance and maintaining strong communication across the structural team
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering
n
- Proven experience within a structural engineering consultancy
n
- Strong experience across commercial and industrial structural projects
n
- Practical experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures
n
- Experience managing projects from design through to documentation and delivery
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC requirements and relevant engineering codes
n
- Experience coordinating consultants and working with architects, contractors and clients
n
- Strong structural analysis and design capabilities
n
- Experience with structural engineering software such as RAPT, Microstran, SPACE GASS and Inducta SLABS
n
- Excellent technical documentation and drawing review skills
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- High attention to detail and a solid commitment to quality
n
