We’re looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a well-established national commercial builder as their key HSE representative in NSW.
n
With several major projects kicking off across Sydney, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, site‑based and trusted to run the safety function autonomously.
The Role n
n
- Predominantly site-based with some office work
n
- Support multiple projects across Sydney
n
- Lead site inductions, SWMS reviews, inspections and safety audits
n
- Work closely with site teams, clients and key stakeholders
n
- Manage SafeWork, union and other stakeholder visits
n
- Assist with tenders and ongoing HSE requirements
n
- Maintain and manage HSE systems through HammerTech
n
- Provide practical,
hands‑on safety support across projects
n
About You nn
- Strong commercial construction HSE experience
n
- Confident working autonomously and managing your own workload
n
- Hands‑on approach with a solid site presence
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Computer literate with solid systems experience
n
- Comfortable working across multiple projects
n
- Stable career history and demonstrated tenure with previous employers
n
- MUST have commerical new build experience T3 upwards
n
n
