Verso Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team delivering high-quality multi-residential projects across South East Queensland.

n

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and our Design Team, you'll play a key role in procurement, subcontract management, cost control, forecasting and project reporting, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

n

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract administration.
n
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.
n
- Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
n
- Manage project budgets, commitments, forecasting and cost reporting.
n
- Support Head Contract administration, including claims and contractual correspondence.
n
- Maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation.
n
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
n

About You nn
- 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a head contractor.
n
- Experience in residential or multi-residential construction required.
n
- Qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
n




- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost management.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
n
- Proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused.
n
- Experience with Jobpac, Procore or HammerTech highly regarded.
