We're looking for a creative and commercially minded National Retail Visual Merchandiser to ensure every store delivers an engaging customer experience that inspires customers and drives sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the look and feel of our stores nationally while working closely with Retail Operations, Marketing and Store Leadership teams.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

As our National Retail Visual Merchandiser, you'll lead the execution of visual merchandising standards across our national store network.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Implementing national visual merchandising standards across all stores.
n
- Creating engaging product displays that maximise customer experience and sales chance.
n
- Aligning and Implementing store layouts and merchandising plans to optimise customer flow.
n
- Conducting regular store visits to ensure brand consistency and VM compliance.
n
- Training and coaching Store Managers and retail teams on visual merchandising best practices visual merchandising standards.
n
- Analysing store performance and recommending merchandising improvements.
n
- Supporting new store openings,



relocations and refurbishments (Travel required at times).
n
- Managing VM guidelines, planograms, signage and in-store presentation standards.
n

About You

n

You'll combine creativity with strong commercial awareness and enjoy travelling to support stores across Australia.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in Visual Merchandising across multi-site retail.
n
- Experience working within a national or regional retail business.
n
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and retail presentation.
n
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
n
- Confidence training and influencing store leadership teams.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to travel nationally on a regular basis.
n
- Experience using planograms and merchandising software is highly regarded.
n
