About the role n
QCC Pty Ltd is a high performing civil contractor delivering high quality subdivision, infrastructure, bulk earthworks and structural projects across Queensland. We're looking for a skilled Project Manager who can lead confidently, communicate clearly and deliver exceptional results across a diverse project portfolio.
Key responsibilities n
Lead civil projects ranging from $100k to $1M
n
Manage subdivisions, infrastructure works, road construction and concrete works
n
Oversee bulk earthworks, school projects, basement excavations, carpark construction
n
Manage structural building components and complex civil interfaces
n
Handle contract interpretation, EOTs, progress claims, variations and client communication
n
Conduct project planning, scheduling, procurement and reporting
n
Provide tendering input and contract administration that drives winning outcomes
n
Coordinate with site teams to ensure quality, safety and performance
About you n
Proven civil construction PM experience
n
Strong technical knowledge across roads, concrete,
infrastructure, subdivisions and bulk earthworks
n
Experience delivering projects in schools, carparks, basements or similar environments
n
Confidence managing contracts, claims and variations
n
Clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
n
Results driven mindset and the ability to achieve big outcomes with a small team
n
Tendering experience (highly regarded)
n
Contract administration skills (highly regarded)
