WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- At least 6 months of housekeeping supervisory experience in Australia.
n
- Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping team.
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
- A great eye for detail.
n
- A positive attitude and professional approach.
n
- The ability to motivate and support a team.
n
- Availability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
n
n
YOUR ROLE
n
You’ll be responsible for:
n
n
- Leading and supporting the housekeeping team.
n
- Checking rooms and public areas to make sure they meet our standards.
n
- Training and supporting team members.
n
- Managing cleaning supplies and equipment.
n
- Helping resolve guest housekeeping requests.
n
- Working with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
n
- Making sure the team delivers a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.
n
