We’re looking for a Civil Crew Leader to join our growing team.
n
We want an experienced operator who can lead a crew, read plans, organise the job and deliver quality work without needing to be hand-held.
n
Our work includes civil construction, concrete structures, formwork and reinstatement .
What we’re looking for You’ll ideally have: n
n
- 5+ years’ experience in civil construction
n
- Previous experience as a leading hand or crew leader
n
- Experience with civil projects and structures
n
- Ability to read plans and work from set‑out
n
- Valuable understanding of levels and set‑out
n
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n
- Ability to lead by example and get the best out of a small crew
n
- White Card and driver’s licence. is a MUST
n
- Machine tickets and truck licence are highly regarded.
n
- Immediate start for the right candidate.
