An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established real estate business on Sydney’s North Shore.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will manage and mentor a small team of agents while continuing to actively list, negotiate and transact.

Due to the diverse client base across the North Shore, Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded and would be a strong advantage in building and maintaining relationships with clients within the local market.

The Rolen

n
- Lead, mentor and support a small team of sales agents
n
- Continue to actively prospect, list, negotiate and transact
n
- Drive team performance, accountability and sales activity
n
- Coach agents across prospecting, appraisals, listings and negotiations
n
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
n
- Identify opportunities to increase market share across the North Shore
n
- Work closely with senior management on growth and sales strategy
n

About Younn
- Proven residential real estate sales experience
n
- Strong listing, negotiation and transactional experience
n
- Ability to lead a small team while maintaining your own sales pipeline
n
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
n
- Strong knowledge of the North Shore market advantageous
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- Mandarin language skills highly regarded due to the role’s client base
n
