We seek an experienced, dynamic Sales Representative to meet the increasing demand for our services in the South Sydney region. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in meeting customer needs and driving business growth.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement process, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving sales success. Here's what your day to day responsibilities entail:

Handle Qualified Enquiries: Our customer Service team meticulously vets incoming enquiries before scheduling a complimentary in-home measure and quote with our Sales Representatives.

Efficient Schedule Management: Each morning, you'll access your optimised schedule of appointments, strategically arranged for maximum efficiency. This allows you to focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients.

n

Professional Presentation: Arrive punctually and impeccably presented in your SP Screens uniform, with your branded vehicle parked prominently, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and reliability.

n

Thorough Customer Qualification: Delve deeper into customer requirements,



conducting preliminary measurements and offering tailored solutions based on our comprehensive RRP Price list.

n

Mobile Showcase: Ensure you have a comprehensive range of samples readily available in your vehicle, facilitating seamless on-the-spot demonstrations to our clients.

n

Closing Deals: Our leads are serious about finding the right screening solution; confidently ask for their business and process 50% deposits using the provided EFTPOS terminal.

n

Real-time CRM Updates: Our mobile Salesforce App allows you to update our Sales CRM Software on the go, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all client interactions.

n

Proactive Follow-up: Leverage Salesforce to diligently follow up on leads, enhance conversion rates, and manage opportunities through to closure.

n

Adherence to Protocols: Adhere strictly to company processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction.

n

Resource Utilisation: Effectively use the provided price list and continually enhance your professional and technical expertise through participation in SP Screens' training programs.

Lead Generation Activities: Represent SP Screens at expos and home shows as needed,



contributing to lead generation efforts and expanding our client base.

Skills and Experience: nn
- Proficient in following processes and utilizing computer and mobile applications.

- Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.
n
- Availability for Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm work hours.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
n
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
n
- Hold a full current driver's license and clear a police check.
