Job Description

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Homelessness Mental Health Housing In‑Reach Caseworker in Wyong, NSW on a part‑time contract through Oct 2027. The role sits at the intersection of mental health and housing, helping people move from crisis toward stability with tailored assessments and outreach.

You’ll work within the Specialist Homelessness Services team, provide coaching to colleagues, coordinate referrals to housing, healthcare and community supports, and advocate for client‑centred pathways
