We are looking for adynamic, passionate, and experienced Practice Manager to lead our fantasticteam of highly experienced doctors, registered nurses and administrative team members at our Ochre Eumundi practice.

Location: Ochre Medical Centre Eumundi Core Responsibilities: n

n
- Ensure the Practice providesbest practiceprimary health care to the community
n
- Ensure process and systems are in accordance with National Standards for Accreditation
n
- Manage team performance of practice clinical and non-clinical employees
n
- Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, health providers, and community organisations
n
- Develop and implement a practice business plan which will enhance further an already high standard of patient health outcomes while driving financial sustainability
n




- Previous experience in management (any industry, ideally 3– 5+years’ experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded)
n
- Experience in financial management and reporting processes
n
- Good working knowledgeof the MedicareSchedule
n
- Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships
n
- Ability to manage a diverse range of Team members and contractors
n
- Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
