About the Role
n
We're looking for a licensed Maintenance Electrician to keep our highly automated FMCG production lines running safely and efficiently at our Welshpool site. You'll perform planned preventive and reactive maintenance alongside a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Duties
n
n
- Execute planned preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across all plant equipment
n
- Troubleshoot PLCs, Allen Bradley systems, and automated control systems
n
- Conduct fault finding, root cause analysis, and attend to production breakdowns
n
- Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve plant uptime
n
- Collaborate with mechanical fitters on scheduled preventive maintenance works
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
- Current A-Grade electrical licence (or equivalent) — essential
n
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation systems
n
- FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing maintenance background highly regarded
n
- Strong fault-finding, root cause analysis, and breakdown response skills
n
- Commitment to safety, HACCP compliance, and rotating shift flexibility — Australian citizen or PR
