Qualifications Role Requirements n

- Ability to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
n
- Achieve KPI’s and sales targets through driving retail events, makeup appointments and theme days
n
- Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming
n
- Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
n
- Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel maybe required)
n

- The ability to provide exceptional customer service, adhere to grooming guidelines, and KPI attainment.

- Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
