Job Description

A Sandwich Artist is responsible for providing friendly customer service and preparing food according to Subway's standards.

Key responsibilities n

- Greet customers and take food orders accurately

- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items to customer specifications
n
- Prepare and replenish ingredients, vegetables, sauces, and other food items
n
- Operate the POS/cash register and process payments
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
n
- Clean and maintain food preparation areas, equipment, dining areas, and counters
n
- Check food quality, freshness, and stock levels
n
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies
n
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally
n
- Work efficiently as part of a team, particularly during busy periods
n
