About the Role

n

n

Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced HR practitioners interested in fractional, interim or project-based consulting work .

n

Current and upcoming engagements include:

n

n
- Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) support for an SME technology business
n
- Senior HR consulting focused on organisational health, culture reset, skills and capability frameworks , and leadership alignment within an established manufacturing environment
n

n

You will work directly with business owners, Managing Directors and executive teams, providing hands-on, pragmatic HR leadership and advice.

n

n

Key Responsibilities (engagement dependent)

n

n

n
- Provide fractional or interim senior HR leadership
n
- Lead organisational health, culture and capability diagnostics
n
- Design and implement skills and capability frameworks
n
- Support organisation design, workforce planning and succession
n
- Coach and partner with senior leaders
n




- Uplift leadership capability and ways of working
n
- Provide practical HR advisory across employee relations, governance and change
n
- Facilitate leadership or strategy sessions where required
n

About You

n

n

You will be a senior, commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders and navigating complexity.

n

n

You will ideally bring:

n

n

n
- Senior HR leadership experience (CPO, Head of HR, Senior HR Consultant or equivalent)
n
- Strong capability in:
n
- Organisational design and operating models
n
- Skills and capability frameworks
n
- Culture, engagement and leadership alignment
n
- Experience across one or more of the following environments:
n
- Technology / SaaS / digital
n
- Manufacturing or operational businesses
n
- SME or founder-led organisations
n
- Confidence operating in fractional or consulting engagements
n
- Availability for part time, interim or project-based work
n
